Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP). SMP requires no donor hair, no drugs, no lotions and no concealers, and is the only treatment 100% guaranteed to work.
The procedure
The procedure: SMP works by inserting thousands of micro dots (pigment ink) into the scalp to create the appearance of natural, full head of hair; whether you have complete baldness or longer thinning hair. A state of the art handpiece with the finest micro needle is used to insert the pigment into the scalp and create the illusion of perfect hair follicles.
This treatment is suitable for Men and Women of all skin tones and any hair colour. SMP also works for people suffering with Alopecia and can camouflage hair transplant scars. Facial Micropigmentation is also available. This uses the exact same principle as the scalp but creates the appearance of a full beard.
Following a consultation, we will create an individual treatment plan designed specifically for your needs; style, density, hairline, colour. The pigment is applied to the scalp, generally over the course of 3-4 sessions, with each session lasting around 3-4 hours. In order for the scalp to rest and heal, it is essential that a minimum of 10 days is allowed between each session. During the course of the 3-4 sessions, the pigments are layered to gradually increase density and are blended with your own natural hair to create the perfect look.
